Do you cater for dietary requirements?
At this stage we don’t cater for dietary requirements.
Do you have a price list?
Each custom order is quoted individually as there are many elements that make your cookie order personal and special. We’d love to hear from you, head on over to our custom order page where you can fill out our online custom order form to get the process started.
Where are you located?
We are located in South East Melbourne.
Can my cookies be posted?
Absolutely! We love being able to provide this service Australia wide – we strictly express post only to make sure your cookies get to their destination as quick as possible.
How long will my cookies last?
Each cookie comes individually heat sealed to keep your cookies fresh longer. Unopened cookies from original packaging will last 4 weeks. Cookies that have been opened but not consumed can be stored in an air tight container for up to 7 days.
Can I freeze my cookies?
You may have left over cookies from your event (yay leftovers! something to enjoy at a later date). Good news is you can store your left over unopened heat sealed cookies in the freezer for a special treat another time. They thaw out quick!
How much notice do you need? (Custom Orders)
Please allow 4 weeks notice from the time your order is confirmed. For orders under $250 – full payment (50% non refundable) is required to confirm your order. For orders over $250 – a 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
Can I pick my cookies up?
Yes, you are more then welcome to do a contactless pick up.
Can I cancel my order? (Custom Orders only)
I do as much as I can to accomodate a change of date instead of cancelling the order all together. Unfortunately if you do cancel your order you will lose 50% of the total order.
