Refunds and returns (Custom orders not included)
Due to the nature of our products at Humble Abode Cakes we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including COVID-19 enforced restrictions and lockdowns.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, time and supplies needed for each individual order we at Humble Abode Cakes are unable to accept cancellations under any circumstances. Please consider your order carefully as when ordering you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, including COVID-19 enforced restrictions and lockdowns.
Alterations
When ordering via our website please consider your order carefully as no alterations eg. Quantity or design change be made.
Website packs come as featured and described on product pages.
Change of Date
Please consider your date carefully when placing your order as once payment has been made the date is confirmed and unable to be altered.
Postage
Here at Humble Abode Cakes all our products are shipped using Australia Express Post. Although we do our best to have your order posted on time for your delivery date to be honored, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Damages or Lost orders
We at Humble Abode Bakes do all we can to prevent possible damage to your order. We take complete care when handling and packing your order.
Your order is packed using protective bubble wrap and shredded kraft paper to ensure protection and the safe delivery of your order, however we do not take responsibility for any damage incurred whilst in transit with Australia Post or once picked up.
Humble Abode Cakes does not provide extra cover on postage for lost orders.
However if you would like extra cover on your posted order (covered by Australia Post), please advise in the notes section when checking out and we will be in contact for payment. If payment is not made by date specified – your order will be dispatched with out extra cover, for selected delivery date.
Pickups
Please consider pickup time carefully, pickup times are in strict 15min increments if you fail to collect your order within your selected time slot your pickup time will need to be rescheduled at our next available date, this will incur a $15 re-scheduling fee which will need to be paid prior to the next scheduled pickup. Please be considerate of our time and other customers as well.
Custom Orders
In order to create the perfect custom cookie set for your occasion we require 4 weeks notice minimum from date of payment to the date of event. This allows us to prepare and order the custom/personalized supplies needed to create your cookie set. All quotes from Humble Abode Cakes are valid until specified due date on quote given. All custom orders aren’t confirmed until a deposit is made, orders under $250 require full payment (50% non-refundable), and orders above $250 require 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm order, with remaining balances to be paid 1 week prior to pickup/dispatch. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified date will result in your order being cancelled.

We love nothing more than capturing our creations, Humble Abode Cakes reserve the right to use images or videos across our social media platforms and website.
Council Registered Kitchen
All products are made from a home registered kitchen. Please be advised that food prepared here may contain traces of milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, and peanuts.
